🔒 Why enable 2FA?

  • Enhance the security of your ONFA account

  • Prevent unauthorized access even if the password is compromised

A. How to Configure 2FA

  1. Install an authenticator application

  • Download Google Authenticator from:

  • Open the application → Select "+" → Select "Scan QR code" or "Enter setup key"

  1. Log in to ONFA → Go to "Google Authentication (2FA)"

  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the ONFA screen using the Authenticator application (Or manually enter the provided key if scanning is not possible)

  1. Obtain the authentication code

  • The application will display a 6-digit code (changes every 30 seconds)

  • Enter this code into the field "Google authentication code" on ONFA

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • The 2FA code is valid for 30 seconds only - enter it promptly to avoid errors

  • Store the backup code (backup code) in a secure location in case of device loss

  • Do not share your 2FA code with anyone
