OMET by Capital is the real asset investment feature (RWA - Real World Assets) within the ONFA ecosystem. Through ownership of NFTs representing construction and bidding projects, users can participate in transparent financial investment opportunities, receive periodic returns, and tap into the potential of the digital asset market linked to real value.

With the endorsement of METTI Tech Group and METTI CAPITAL, OMET provides a flexible investment solution: from the role of pure investor to community development partner, helping optimize cash flow and ensure the sustainability of participants' capital.

1. Feature introduction

1.1 Portfolio Overview

The system offers two distinct role options from the outset:

• Investor: For users focused on owning NFTs and receiving periodic interest.

• Agent: For users who want to participate in system development; users will experience the full Referral feature and receive commissions from investment connection activities.

All cash flows from profits (Earnings) are clearly separated by project and automatically transferred to the user's wallet without requiring manual operations, ensuring convenience and absolute accuracy.

2. Guide to key operations

2.1 Account creation and setup

Step 1: Access and Registration

• Access: Use a browser to visit omet.io or select the OMET feature directly in the ONFA Wallet.

• Registration: Select Login (Sign in) → switch to the Register tab (Register). Enter your Email and Password, then verify using the OTP code sent to your personal mailbox.

• Role selection: This is the most important step, determining your permissions on the system:

  • Investor: Focus entirely on asset ownership and receiving periodic returns. The interface will be streamlined to optimize the investment experience.

  • Agent: For users who want to develop the community, the system will fully display the Referral section and provide system commissions.

⚠️Special note: The account role cannot be changed after confirmation. If you wish to switch roles, you must register a new account.

Step 2: Complete the profile

• After selecting a role, the system will take you to the Personal information:

  • Basic information: Update your full name, phone number, and email to ensure support benefits and security.

  • Identity survey: Complete the survey questions and recheck that your personal information is accurate.

• Confirm terms: Carefully read the operating conditions and sign electronically to complete the process (the signature will match the user's Full Name field). After saving the profile, you can begin transactions on the Assets page (Asset)

2.2 Asset Investment Process

Step 1: Select a project

• On the Assetspage, choose the project that matches your financial strategy. Click View details to learn more about the legal aspects and project information.

• At OMET, each NFT is not merely a number on the blockchain, but an endorsement of real-world assets (RWA) with tangible value. Reviewing the content on the introduction page carefully helps you understand the project's legal status, construction progress, and the asset's actual growth potential.

Step 2: Investment registration (Subscription)

• Press the Subscription button on the asset card.

• Enter the number of units you wish to purchase. The system will automatically calculate the total payment amount (in USDT).

• Click Subscribe Invest to confirm.

Step 3: Payment

• The system provides a QR code and a payment wallet address.

• Use the BEP20 network to transfer funds. Once completed, the system will process the transaction within approximately 20 minutes to confirm it and begin the minting process for your NFT.

2.3 Portfolio Management

• Access the Portfolio section to monitor capital efficiency:

  • Overview: View the total investment amount (Total Subscribe) and total realized profit (Total Earned Balance).

  • Activity history: Track in detail NFT minting statuses, deposits, and related asset fluctuations.

  • Profit details: Click View details to check the interest payment history for each project cycle.

2.4 Withdrawal and Profit Receipt Process

Step 1: Identity verification (KYC)

To ensure transparency and financial security, users must complete identity verification using KYC Digital technology before making their first withdrawal request.

Step 2: Withdrawal operation

1. Access the Wallet section (Wallet).

2. For Investors: Monitor the balance in the Earnings Wallet (Profit Wallet). If there is a balance, click Withdraw (Withdraw) to transfer funds to your personal wallet.

1. For Agents: In addition to the profit wallet, you will also have a Referral Wallet (Referral Wallet) containing commissions from the system. The withdrawal operation is the same as for the profit wallet.

Step 3: Estimated processing time

• For Crypto Wallet: Processed within 72 hours.

• For Bank (Fiat Bank): Processing may take up to 02 weeks depending on the interbank reconciliation process.

2.5 Affiliate Marketing Program

This function is designed exclusively for users who choose the Agent role. It is a tool that helps you expand your network, manage your community, and optimize passive income from investment connection activities.

Step 1: Obtain the referral link

• Access the Affiliate section on the menu bar.

• On the main interface, you will see a unique Registration link (Referral Link) dedicated to your account. Click copy and share it with the community, friends, or potential partners.

Step 2: Develop the downline network

• New users who register an account through the link you share will automatically be recognized by the system as your Downline .

• Immediately after they complete registration, their name and basic information will appear in the Referral List tab within the Affiliate section.
