# アカウント認証（KYC）

### **A. 個人確認**

**ステップ1：個人情報を入力**

1. 「**アカウント確認**」に移動しください
2. 以下を正確に入力してください：
   * **氏名** （証明書と一致）
   * **身分証番号／国民ID／パスポート／運転免許証番号**
3. 書類の種類を選択：

   * 国民身分証明書（IDカード）
   * パスポート
   * 運転免許証

**ステップ2：確認用画像をアップロード**

1. 書類の表面（番号、写真、情報が鮮明）
2. 書類の裏面（有効であること）
3. 顔写真（ポートレート） **書類を手に持ち、「ONFA KYC + 日付」と記載したメモを添える**

* 要件：
  * 画像は **鮮明であること**、編集不可
  * ファイル形式： **JPEG／PNG**、5MB未満

**ステップ1：会社情報を入力**

1. 確認種類の「**法人**」を選択
2. 正確に入力してください：

   * **会社名** （商業登記に基づく）
   * **税務番号**
   * **発行日／有効期限**

1. 商業登記証の表面
2. 商業登記証の裏面（情報がある場合）

* 要件：

  * 画像は **十分な明るさがあり**、切り取られていないこと
  * 印章／署名が **明確に表示されていること**
