Processing Time

🕒 Processing time: 08:00 - 20:00 daily (GMT+7)

• No time limit applies to deposit transactions

⚠ Mandatory conditions:

• KYC verified.

• Linked personal bank account in the owner's name.

1. Deposit

Step 1: Go to the Fiat Deposit.

Step 2: Enter the amount to deposit.

• Minimum: 100,000 VNDT (equivalent to 100,000 VND)

• Exchange rate: 1 VND = 1 VNDT (stablecoin pegged to VND)

  

Step 3: Proceed with payment.

• Direct bank transfer.

• Payment via QR Code.

  

Processing time:

• Complete the transaction within 10 minutes.

⚠ Note: Transactions must be processed within 10 minutes. If time is nearly exhausted, the user must cancel the order to create a new one. 🎉

2. Withdrawal

Step 1: Switch to the Fiat Withdrawal.

Step 2: Enter the amount to withdraw.

• Use the Max button to quickly select the entire balance or manually enter the desired withdrawal amount.

• The system will convert automatically and includes a fee of 20,000 VNDT.

  

Limits:

• Minimum: 100,000 VNDT.

• Daily maximum limit: Subject to the withdrawal limits of each account tier.

Step 3: Link a bank account (if not yet linked)

1. Press Add an account.

2. Select a bank from the list or search.

   
3. Enter the account number.

   
4. Automatic verification (account holder name displayed) and press "Add" to attach.

   

Step 4: 2FA verification.

• Enter the 6-digit code from the Authenticator app (or similar apps)

  

Processing time:

• 12 - 24 hours on business days.

3. Track History

Go to the History to view:

• Transaction status (Success/Processing/Failed).

• Transaction type (Deposit/Withdrawal).

• Execution time.

• Corresponding amount.

  

4. Buy USDT with Fiat

To purchase USDT with Fiat currency, you must enable this function by:

Step 1: Access the "Wallet" section.

• On the ONFA Wallet interface, locate and click "Wallet" (on the main menu bar).

• Click the "Receive" (Receive).

• Here you will see the list of cryptocurrencies that can be deposited into the wallet.

Step 2: Select USDT (Tether).

• Find and select USDT (Tether) from the list.

• Select the network Polygon.

• The system will display your USDT wallet address (which can be copied or scanned via QR).

• Click "Close" to proceed to the next step. → This is an important step for the system to recognize that you intend to purchase USDT with fiat currency

  

Step 3: Return to the "Fiat" tab. → At this point the Buy USDT page will be ready.

• Select "Buy USDT" (Buy USDT).

Step 2: Execute the USDT purchase.

• Enter the USD amount you wish to buy in "You Pay".

  • For example: 1,000 USD → The system will automatically calculate the corresponding USDT amount.

• Select a payment method:

  • Bank card (Visa/Mastercard).

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay.

• Review fees & exchange rate (displayed in detail below the payment method).

• Quantity USDT will be converted in the "You receive (estimate)" (Estimated amount you will receive)

• Click "Buy now" → Follow the subsequent steps to complete the transaction.

Step 3: Check your USDT balance.

• After successful payment, USDT will be automatically credited to your ONFA wallet.

• Verify by going to "Wallet" → View USDT balance.
