A. Introduction

1. Access the E-commerce Page

  • Open the application and select "Wallet".

  • Scroll down, find and select the item "E-commerce" to enter the shopping interface

2. Main Interface

Market Tab

  • Displays products with filtering options:

    • All Product: Select product categories (accessories, fashion, ...).

    • Sort By: Sort by:

      • Time (newest/oldest).

      • Price (ascending/descending).

My Order Tab

  • View order history, including:

    • Product name, quantity, total amount.

    • Order status (processing, completed, ...).

  • Tap on the order to view details.

B. User Guide for Purchasing on ONFA E-Commerce Platform

1. Select & Place an Order

  • Access the Market tab → Select the product you wish to purchase.

  • View product details → Tap "Add Order" to place the order.

2. Enter Shipping Information

After tapping "Add Order", complete the following:

  • Quantity & Size (if applicable).

  • Full name, Phone number, address (you may use "Get Location" to verify).

  • Total payment (including shipping fee, VAT) will display automatically.

  • Note:

    • Prices are displayed in VNDT (stable unit).

    • Actual payment is made in OFT (ONFA token).

    • The system will automatically convert from VND → OFT at payment

  • Review → Tap "Checkout" to complete the order.

3. Track Orders

  • The order will appear in the My Order tab.

  • Status "Pending": The order is awaiting processing.

  • The shipper will contact you to deliver the order.
